Billing:
We accept payment through Paypal/MasterCard/VISA and will ship anywhere in the world. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay this way, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.
Shipping:
Items will be mailed from Israel, within 1-5 days after payment has been processed.
Our standard shipping method is International Registered Airmail service. It should normally take between 14-21 business days to arrive, but please note that occasionally delivery may take a few more days. Express courier shipping upgrade for international orders is available upon request, it takes 4-6 business days (depending on the destination) and provides tracking options. Refunds and Exchanges

If the item you receive is damaged, please notify us atsusanshouse.j@gmail.com within five days of receipt. We will not process claims for damaged goods or mistaken orders after this period of time.
If you want to exchange the item for another piece or return the item for a refund, email us at susanshouse.j@gmail.com and return the item within 14 days of receipt.
When you contact us, give your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the shipping cost is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is damaged (providing we are notified within 7 days of receipt).
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that are returned to us without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%. Goods that show obvious signs of wear or abuse will be returned.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid, within 28 days of receipt of the return.
